Fillanta Technologies Private Limited is our company name. We are over in the Kulgaon area of Thane, specifically at Agaskar Tekdi. Our office is in Swapnasudha Apartment, building number 402. It’s a bit of a climb or a lift ride up, but it gives us a good view of what is going on around the neighborhood. Working out of an apartment building is quite common around here, and it suits us just fine. It makes the work day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a sterile office park. We have our computers and our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us. The atmosphere is pretty casual most of the time. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. We just talk over what needs to be done and then we do it. Kulgaon is a growing place, and we are happy to be a part of the local scene here. Sometimes the power goes out or things get a bit chaotic, but that is just part of living and working in Thane. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to do good work so we can keep the lights on and come back again tomorrow. It is a straightforward way of doing business, and it works for us. We just keep things practical and stay busy with the technical tasks we have.
