You can find us at Office No 622 in Laxmi Plaza, which is inside the Laxmi Industrial Estate on New Link Road in Andheri West. It’s a busy part of town, and the traffic on New Link Road is always something to deal with. We’ve been working out of this office for quite a while now. We deal with computer systems and all the technical headaches that come with them. Our desks are usually covered in cables, half-opened hardware, and old monitors. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't booting up right. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from Andheri who need something fixed or a new setup for their small office. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; news just travels by word of mouth mostly. Sometimes we’re out at a client's place all day, so the office stays locked, but usually, someone is here tinkering with a motherboard. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who know our way around a PC. We try to keep things simple and explain what’s wrong without using too much jargon that nobody understands. It’s just how we work. Being in the industrial estate is convenient because there are always other shops nearby if we need a specific tool.
