Farookh Maniar

Farookh Maniar is located at Fitro Villa Building, which is number 63 on the road. We are in Bandra West, not too far from the Athwa Gates. Bandra is always moving, but our little corner in Fitro Villa feels a bit different. It is an older building with a lot of character. You can see the history in the way the entrance is built. Most days are spent here handling the daily tasks. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure things run okay. The area around Dr Am road gets quite busy during the rush hour. You can hear the vehicles and the people outside all day long. We have been here for some time now and we know the neighborhood pretty well. The walk from Athwa Gates is quick if you are coming that way. We keep the office fairly simple. There are stacks of papers and desks that have seen better days, but they work for us. We don't see the need for fancy furniture or bright lights. It is a practical space for practical work. When the sun starts to go down over Bandra West, we usually start wrapping up. It’s a good place to be, right in the middle of everything but still tucked away in the villa. It isn't perfect, but it is where we do our work every day.
