Our office is in Andheri East, right in the MIDC area. We are in the Omkar Building on Road No 17, Krishna Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are behind Hotel Sun City on the second floor of the B Wing, Flat No 209. Being in an industrial area like MIDC means it is always noisy and there is always something happening. Falcon Recruitment Srvice Pvt Ltd deals with a lot of the local companies around here. There is a lot of dust from the construction and the trucks passing by. We have a couple of rooms that stay pretty busy from nine to six. We aren't a big, polished company with a PR team. It is just us sitting at our desks, making calls and checking schedules. The building itself is quite standard for this part of Mumbai—lots of stairs and concrete. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get to the office because the roads around Krishna Nagar get flooded. We just deal with it and keep working. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a lot of folders and a calendar that is always marked up with notes. It's a practical office for practical work. Most people who come here are just looking for a decent job in the city, and we do our best for them.
