You can find us in Andheri West at Vinayak Tower. We are on the second floor, in B Wing, specifically Flat No 220 and 221. Being in Shiv Nagar on Ndatta Marg means we are right in the middle of all the Mumbai action. Falcon Recruitment Pvt Ltd is always a busy place because there are constantly people coming in for interviews. The hallways can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of candidates waiting. We have a few desks set up for the recruiters who are always talking to people on their headsets. Mumbai 400 053 is a fast-paced area, and our office feels like that too. We go through a lot of paper and even more coffee every single day. The view from the window is just other buildings and the busy street below, but there is an energy to it. Sometimes the lift in Vinayak Tower is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just look at resumes and try to see who fits where. It is a lot of talking and listening. Some days are long, and we stay late to finish up the paperwork. It is just how things go in Andheri. We’ve been in this wing for a while, and the neighbors are all small businesses like us. It’s a bit messy at times, with folders piled up on chairs, but we know where everything is.
