Fairgrowth Management Consultant

We’re based out of B 23 Rachana Apartments on Vp Road in Andheri West. Being in Mumbai, and especially Andheri, means there is always something going on outside. Fairgrowth Management Consultant is tucked away in this apartment block, which makes it feel more like a home than a cold office building. We have desks set up in what used to be a living room. It’s a bit informal, but it works for the kind of consulting work we do. People come by to talk about their businesses, and we sit around the old wooden table and go over their papers. I usually handle the scheduling, and my phone never stops buzzing. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog starts barking right when we are in the middle of a serious meeting, but we just laugh it off. It’s not a corporate skyscraper vibe at all. We wear casual clothes and we don’t have a receptionist. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. We focus on giving sensible advice based on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s just us sharing what we know and trying to help out where we can. The commute can be a nightmare with the Vp Road traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s a calm place to work. We usually keep some biscuits around for when visitors show up, which is a nice touch that people seem to appreciate.
