Our office is located right in the heart of Mumbai’s busy Dava Bazar. We are up on the third floor of an older building that has a lot of character. Being in the 400002 area means we are surrounded by all kinds of commercial activity every single day. There is always a lot of shouting and the sound of carts being moved around downstairs. We do staffing and personnel work from this small base. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks, some old computers, and stacks of files that we try to keep organized. It is not a very modern space, but it works perfectly for what we do. We do not have any big corporate signs or a fancy waiting room. If you come to see us, you just walk up the three flights of stairs and walk right in. It is a very hands-on environment. We all help each other out with the paperwork and the phone calls. Sometimes we order some vada pav from the stall down the street when we are too busy to go out for a proper lunch. We have been in this location for a long time and we feel like we are part of the bazaar now. We do not make any big promises, we just work hard to match people with the right jobs. It is practical and straightforward work in a very busy city.
