Fabera Furnishings

Our place is in Asalfa Village, which is part of the Bhim Nagar area in Ghatkopar. We are located in the Shri Krishna Chawl, specifically in rooms 7 and 8. It’s a very humble setting, just like the rest of the neighborhood. Fabera Furnishings isn't some big showroom with bright lights and fancy music. It’s a place where we actually work. The rooms are filled with materials and tools, and there is usually some sawdust or thread on the floor. Being in a chawl means we are very close to our neighbors. You can hear people talking, cooking, and going about their lives right next door. It’s a tight-knit community, and everyone knows everyone. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know to come to room 7 if they need to talk to us. The walk up to Asalfa can be a bit steep, but you get a good view of the area from up here. We don't have a big fancy sign, just our name on the door. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the stock, but we know where everything is. We work long hours, especially when there’s a lot to get through. It’s just honest work in a small space. We don’t have a website or a marketing person. We just have our hands and our space in the chawl. It’s a simple way to run a business.
