F Shroff Associates

We’ve been here at Bharat Industrial Estate on T J Road for a while now. F Shroff Associates isn't some big fancy office, just a workspace down at Grant Road where we handle our daily business. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic near the estate entrance. Most days start with coffee and a look at the paperwork on the desk. People find us easily once they get into the industrial area. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, just the usual nameplate. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we do. It’s a practical spot. Sometimes it’s noisy because of the other units nearby, but we’re used to it. We keep our files organized in the old cabinets. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some shops closed, others opened. But we stay put. It's a solid place to work. If you're coming down T J Road, you'll see the gate. We're inside. Just a small team doing our thing. Nothing flashy. No leather chairs or glass walls here. Just desks and computers and us. It's a real place with real dust on the shelves sometimes. We just show up and get through the day's tasks. It’s what we know. We share the floor with a few other businesses. It feels like a community. Usually, the fan is humming in the background while we work.
