Express Service Centre

You can find us over at Jacob Circle in Borivali East. It’s a busy part of the suburb, and there’s always something going on outside our doors. We run a service center here, which basically means we spend our time fixing things and talking to customers who bring in their equipment. The space is filled with benches, tools, and shelves of spare parts. It’s not a place for someone who likes a pristine environment. There’s usually a bit of grease or dust around, but that’s the nature of repair work. We’ve been at this location for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We open up, check what came in the previous day, and start working through the pile. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days we can actually hear ourselves think. We don’t have any fancy marketing people or a big corporate structure. It’s just us, working with our hands and trying to get things running again. The neighbors around Jacob Circle are mostly other small businesses, so there’s a good sense of community. We often go out for a quick bite at one of the local stalls when we get a chance. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay on top of the workload.
