Explogicworks Llp

Explogicworks Llp is based out of Simran Majestic in Panvel. We’re in building number 4, specifically flat 104, so it feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. It’s a residential area, which means it’s relatively quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We’ve set up our workstations in the main rooms, and there are cables running along the floor in a few places where we haven't quite tucked them away yet. Panvel is growing fast, and we’re part of that small business energy that’s popping up everywhere here. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big signs out front. Most of our day is spent staring at monitors and trying to figure out logic problems. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the birds outside during the day, which is a nice break from the screen. We usually have lunch together, often ordering from the place around the corner. We aren't formal people. If you come by, you'll probably find us in t-shirts just trying to get through the day’s list of tasks. We’ve been working this way for a while, and it seems to suit us just fine. There’s no big hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It’s a simple, honest way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary bells and whistles or expensive management structures.
