I run Exotix Articles out of my place at Flat No B/44 in the Krish building. It’s on the 4th floor, so it’s a bit different than having a shop on the street. We’re located near Ganesh Nagar in Kandivali West. It’s a quiet residential spot, which I actually prefer for the kind of work I do. I’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors all know what I’m up to. I deal with various items and articles, hence the name. Since I work from home, the hours are a bit flexible, but I’m usually busy with something. It’s not a fancy office with a receptionist; it’s just me and my workspace. People usually call before they come up to the fourth floor. I like being tucked away from the main road noise. It helps me focus on getting things organized. Sometimes the living room gets taken over by boxes and stock, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running things yourself. Kandivali West has a nice community feel, and being near Ganesh Nagar means I’m close to everything I need. I don’t use any marketing tricks or polished logos. I just provide what people are looking for and keep things moving. It’s a practical way to live and work without the overhead of a big storefront. It works for me and my customers.
