We have been operating out of our office here in Sanpada for a while now. You can find us at Ashapura, right on Palm Beach Road. Most of the team lives nearby, so we are pretty familiar with the Navi Mumbai area. We handle a lot of tech stuff, mostly software and IT support. It gets busy during the week, especially with the commute for some, but being in Sector 16 is convenient for getting around. We started small, just a few desks and some computers. Now there are more of us, but the vibe hasn’t changed much since the beginning. We usually just focus on the work at hand and try to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building acts up, but we manage. People stop by sometimes, though most of our contact happens online these days. We are not a giant corporation with fancy lobbies and glass walls. It is just an office where we keep our heads down and deal with the code and client requests that come in daily. The view towards the road is nice when we take our breaks. We do not have a lot of big meetings; mostly just quick chats by the desks to figure out what needs doing next.
