Excellent Projects I Pvt Ltd has its office in Bhandup West, tucked away in the Jagruti Sahakar Society. It’s near Ganga Vidya Mandi and Kokan Nagar Road. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but we’ve made it work for our project business. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets full of old plans, and a table where we can spread out blueprints. It’s not a flashy place at all. It feels more like a home because it’s inside a residential society. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers or visiting different sites around the city. The traffic in Bhandup can be a real pain, so we try to plan our days carefully. We aren't a massive corporation with fancy titles. We’re just a small group of people trying to get these projects finished on time. Sometimes the office is a mess with samples of tiles or bits of wood lying around from different jobs. We don't mind it though, as it shows we’re actually doing something. Most of our clients come to us because they know someone we worked for before. We just sit here, do our planning, and head out to the sites when we’re needed. It’s a simple way of working that has suited us for years. It is a bit crowded with all the paperwork but we know where everything is kept in our various folders.
