Eways Services is based out of Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know that Andheri East is a massive area with a lot of different businesses squeezed into every corner. We’ve been working out of this part of the city for quite a while now. The vibe in Andheri is always fast-paced, and we try to keep up with that. Our office isn't anything to brag about. It’s just a place where we sit and manage the various services we offer. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk because we don't see the point in it. We’d rather just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Some days are incredibly busy with everyone running around, while other days are a bit slower, giving us time to catch up on all the small things we missed. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the work ourselves. The commute in Andheri can be pretty rough with the traffic and the rains, but we make it work. We’ve learned to be flexible because things in this city rarely go exactly as you expect them to. We just focus on getting through the day’s tasks and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a simple way of working, but it has served us well over the years we’ve been here. We don't have a fancy address, just a spot in a busy part of town where we get things done.
