Evershine Garage

You will find Evershine Garage located at Shop No 1 in Chawl No 10. We are in the Gaousi area of Bandra East, which is right near the Polytechnic College. Most people who come to see us use the college as their main landmark. The garage itself is in an old chawl, so it is quite a small and crowded space. We have tools and parts hanging from the walls and grease stains on the floor from all the years we have been working here. It is definitely not a clean or polished place to visit. We spend our days with our hands dirty, fixing whatever problems people bring in. The street outside can get very busy when the college students are moving around, but we just stay focused on the engines and tires inside the shop. We do not have any fancy equipment or a waiting area with chairs. Usually, our customers just stand near the entrance and talk to us while we work. It is a very hands-on environment. We open the heavy metal shutters every morning and do not close them until the last job is finished. Being in Bandra East means we see a variety of different vehicles every day. We are just a local bunch of mechanics doing our thing in a corner of Gaousi. It is hard work, but we are used to the heat and the noise of the neighborhood.
