Evana Educational Resources Private Limited

We are situated at Flat No. 101 in the Singapore Arcade building. It’s on 3rd Road in Khar West, right in the heart of Mumbai. The arcade is a well-known spot in the neighborhood, even if it looks a bit aged now. We are on the first floor, so we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. The office for Evana Educational Resources Private Limited is basically a converted apartment. It has that old Khar feel, with high ceilings and thick walls. We have a few desks scattered around the main room. There’s always the sound of traffic from 3rd Road coming through the windows, along with the calls of the local vendors and birds. It’s a lively place to be. We have a lot of books and files stacked up on the shelves because we haven't gotten around to organizing them properly yet. We take our breaks at the nearby cafes or just sit in the small balcony. The floor is tiled and stays cool even when the weather gets hot outside. We know the people in the other offices in the building, and we say hello in the hallway. It’s a very casual environment. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. We just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work. Being in Khar West is great because everything is close by. We’ve been here for a while and don’t see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s our corner.
