Eternerd Ventures Llp

Our office is in Flat 502 at Sea Queen Plaza in Kopar Khairane. It is in Sector-4A, right in the middle of Navi Mumbai. It’s a bit of a climb up to the fifth floor, but the building is decent. We’ve been set up here in this flat for a while now. It feels more like a home than a corporate space, which we actually prefer for the day to day. We have our desks pushed up against the walls and a lot of cables running around the floor. It gets pretty humid in Navi Mumbai, so the fans are always going. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local shops downstairs. There is always some noise from the street below because Kopar Khairane is quite a busy residential area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of signs everywhere. Most people wouldn't even know we are here if they weren't looking specifically for the plot number. We just show up, do the work for the day, and head home. It is a practical way to run things. We handle different projects as they come through the door. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It is just part of the daily routine here at Eternerd Ventures. We are just a group of people working out of a flat in Thane district, trying to keep things moving along without much fuss.
