Eta Engg Pvt Ltd is the name of our company and we have been around for quite a while now. We do not really maintain a big physical shop or a front office where people can just walk in without an appointment. We tend to handle almost all of our business through emails and phone calls these days. It might seem like an older way of doing things, using a Yahoo email address, but it has worked perfectly fine for us for years and we have not found a good reason to change it yet. We mostly stay focused on our engineering work and do not spend much time or money on fancy websites or advertising. We are a small team and we like to keep our costs low that way. Most of our projects come from people who have known us for a long time or heard about us from others. It is a practical and honest way to run a business. We might be out on a job site when you send a message, so it sometimes takes a little while for us to reply to everyone. We do not have a big office staff waiting to answer things instantly. It is just us doing the work we know how to do. We have stayed small on purpose because it is easier that way and we can focus on the technical side.
