Essl Technolgy Development Company

Our office for Essl Technolgy Development Company is situated in Grow More Tower over in Kharghar. We are on the first floor and we actually use three different units there, 120, 121, and 123. It’s on Plot No. 5 in Sector 2. Working in Navi Mumbai has its ups and downs, but Kharghar is a decent enough area with plenty of new buildings going up all the time. Our space isn't very decorated or anything. It’s mostly just rows of desks, some fairly old chairs, and a lot of monitors. We focus on developing technology, which usually means we spend eight or nine hours a day just typing away and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't working. We aren't a giant corporation with a million rules. We’re more of a small group that just gets the work done. The tower itself is okay, though the lift can be slow when everyone is trying to get to work at nine. We have a small area where we keep a kettle for tea, and that’s about it for perks. People usually find us because they know someone who worked with us before. We don't really do any big advertising or social media stuff. We just stay busy with the projects we have on our plate. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the AC-2 area. It’s a practical place for a practical team.
