Our shop is located right inside B 20 Kanva Housing Society in Santacruz West. It might seem like a bit of a quiet spot for a business, but it actually works out pretty well for the people living around here in Mumbai. We’ve been handling retail telecom stuff for a while now. Most days are pretty much the same—people coming in to check out new phones or asking about their bills. We aren't a massive showroom with bright neon lights. It's more of a practical setup where we can actually talk to the customers without a lot of rush. Santacruz West is a busy area, but once you get into the society, things calm down a bit. We started this because we saw that people needed a reliable place nearby where they wouldn't have to travel too far just for basic mobile needs. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit tedious, especially with all the new regulations, but we just get through it. We aren't fancy and we don't use big corporate words. If you need a phone or a new SIM, we are right here. Dealing with the Mumbai humidity is always a struggle, but the fan in the corner helps. We just focus on getting things sorted for whoever walks through the door. It's a small team, and we all know the regulars by name now.
