Eros Multimedia Pvt Ltd is based over here in Andheri on Kanakapura Road. We are in unit 201. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. The office is full of screens and cables because that’s just the nature of what we do. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work with what we have. Most of the staff has been here for a good amount of time, so we all know each other’s habits. We usually start the day with some coffee and a quick look at the tasks ahead. Andheri is always crowded, and Kanakapura Road has its own set of challenges with the traffic, but being centrally located helps a lot. We have a couple of windows that look out onto the street, so we see the city moving all day long. It gets pretty busy around lunch when everyone heads out to the local stalls. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in big tech companies. We just have our desks and a small table for meetings. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle daily. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the piles of equipment get a bit out of hand. It’s a real working office with real people trying to stay on top of things. We focus on our daily output and don't worry too much about the office decor. Most of us take the train or bus, so we're used to the Andheri rush.
