Our office is located at 2 39 Tatwabhavana in Pestom Sagar, Chembur. Chembur has a different feel than the rest of Mumbai—it has a bit more breathing room, though it is still plenty busy. Pestom Sagar is a well-known area and Tatwabhavana is a solid building where we have set up Ernst Young Pvt Ltd. The office is not anything spectacular to look at from the outside, just a regular door with a small nameplate. Inside, we have got everything we need to get through the day. There are four or five of us usually in at the same time. We have a lot of shelves filled with books and old records because we do not like throwing things away if they might be useful later. The lighting is okay, though we added a few extra lamps for the darker corners. Chembur can get quite humid, so the fans are always spinning. There is a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk during the lunch break just to get some fresh air. We have been at this address for several years and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It is a friendly place. We do not go in for big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head out. It is a quiet, productive life here in Pestom Sagar, and that suits us just fine. We just keep doing what we do.
