Erix Advisors is over here at B 6 Anurag Apts on Juhu Tara Road. If you know Santacruz West in Mumbai, you know how busy it gets around here. We’ve been set up in this spot for a while now. It’s just a regular apartment building, nothing fancy or corporate about it. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and answering calls. Juhu Tara Road is always humming with traffic, so we hear the cars all day. We try to keep things simple. People sometimes have a hard time finding the right gate at Anurag Apts, but once you’re in, it is quiet enough. We don't have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Mumbai 400049 is a good area to be in, even if the rain makes the roads a bit of a mess sometimes. We’ve got some desks, a few computers, and plenty of tea to keep us going. We aren't trying to be some big global firm with glass walls. We just work from this flat and try to stay organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical setup. We handle our advisory work from here and that’s about it really. No big secrets or complicated stories. Just a small team in Santacruz making sure the work gets finished on time every day. We just focus on the tasks we have.
