Equitec Technologies

We are situated at B 103 in Kurla West, Marol, right across from Baytun Noor. It is a small space where we work on different types of technology and electronic items. Mostly we are fixing things or trying to get computers to work properly again. The desks are usually covered in wires, screwdrivers, and open laptop cases. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of repairs coming in at once. We don't have a front desk person, so whoever is free just talks to the people who walk in. Marol is a busy place, and we get quite a few people from the nearby offices and houses. We just try to figure out what is wrong with a device and see if we can fix it without costing too much. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, which takes time. We don't use a lot of jargon when talking to people. We just tell them if it can be fixed or if it's better to just get something new. It is a simple tech shop for the local community. We spend most of our time staring at screens or soldering small parts. It is just the way we work here, focusing on the hardware and the software issues that people bring to our door every day. We aren't a big service center, just a local spot in Kurla. Most days, we are just happy when a tough repair finally works.
