Equis India Pvt Ltd is located in Pune, specifically at the Radha Nagari Housing Complex on Dighi Road in Bhosari. We are in Building A-2, Flat 08. It’s a bit unusual for some people to find an office inside a housing complex, but it works well for us. It feels a lot more relaxed than a standard office building. The commute to Bhosari can be a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from. Once you get here, it’s a fairly quiet spot. The flat has been converted to fit our desks and equipment. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s not a corporate headquarters by any means. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Dighi Road stays pretty busy throughout the day. You can hear the traffic from the balcony sometimes. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us by name. The office itself is a bit cluttered. We have boxes of files and some old equipment that we probably should have cleared out months ago. But that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don’t put on any acts here. We just dress comfortably and do the work that needs doing. It’s a practical setup for a small team in Pune. We like the neighborhood vibe.
