We are over at B-235, Mastermind No 1, in the Royal Palms area of Aarey Colony. If you’ve ever been to Goregaon East, you know it’s a bit of a trek into the greenery. Epicdash Software Private Limited is based here. It’s a quiet spot compared to the rest of Mumbai. Sometimes you even see more trees than cars, which is a rare thing in this city. The office is part of a cooperative housing society setup. It’s not a glass skyscraper or a tech park. It’s just a regular building where people work. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to anyone else who walks in. We do software work, mostly focused on getting things to run smoothly for our clients. There isn’t any corporate polish here. We wear what we want and work the hours that fit the projects we have. Aarey Colony has its own vibe, very different from the busy streets of Goregaon. Sometimes the commute can be tricky because of the narrow roads and the speed bumps, but once you’re here, it’s peaceful. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our faces. We just do our thing, handle the software bugs, and try to keep things moving. It’s a small, honest operation. No big speeches or goals, just people sitting at computers trying to make things work every day.
