Eonworks (Opc) Private Limited is located at 1901 in Ekta Bhoomi Gardens III. We are right on Dattapada Road in Borivali East. It’s quite close to the Oberoi Sky City project, which has been under construction for a long time. Being on the 19th floor gives us a decent look at the city, especially during the rains when everything looks a bit cleaner. It’s a one-person company officially, though sometimes there are a few hands helping out when things get busy. The office is really just a room set up with what's needed to get the work done. Borivali is a busy part of Mumbai, and Dattapada Road always has traffic, so we try to avoid the peak hours if we can. It’s a very local way of working. No big boardrooms or water coolers or fancy stuff. Just a desk, a good chair, and some coffee. The building is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day which is good for focusing on the tasks. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. People in the building know us and we say hello in the lift. It’s a simple life—wake up, walk to the desk, and start looking at whatever needs fixing or creating that day. We don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team. It's just about doing the work that comes our way and making sure it's done right. That’s how we’ve always operated here and it works fine for us.
