Empirictek Solutions Private Limited is based out of Chikhali in Pune. You can find us at Siddhi Park, Block A, Flat No 302. This part of town, Sector No 20 PCNTDA, is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses trying to grow. Our office is right in the middle of that. It is a simple three-room setup where we’ve placed our desks and servers. There isn't much in the way of decor, just some calendars on the wall and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We chose this spot because it's convenient for the team to get to, and it isn't as expensive as the city center. Most of the time, the building is quiet, which helps us focus on the technical stuff we have to handle. We don’t have a HR department or a marketing team; it’s just us doing the work ourselves. Sometimes we have lunch together at the big table in the middle, and we talk about stuff other than work for a bit. The 411019 area is growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around Siddhi Park since we moved in. We just keep our heads down and try to get through our to-do lists every week. It’s a humble workplace, but it has everything we need to stay busy and keep the lights on. It feels like a real part of the neighborhood where people actually work for a living.
