Empire Machine Tools Mumbai

Our place is up on the fifth floor, 503A in the Rachanaa building. It’s on B J Marg in Bhandup East. If you know the area, it's not too hard to find, though the lift in the building can be a bit slow some days. We deal with machine tools, so there’s always a lot of heavy metal and technical talk going on here. It's not a fancy office by any means. There are blueprints on the desks and bits of machinery scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone with workshops and factories across Mumbai. Dealing with tools is about being precise, but our actual office feels a bit lived-in and messy. That’s just how we work. We’ve been in Bhandup for a while and we like it here. It's a good spot for getting things moved around the city. Usually, it's just a few of us handling the orders and making sure the right tools get to the right people. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. People usually find us because they need something specific for their lathe or milling machine. We just do our best to find what they need in the catalog. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we’ve got the fans going. The dust from the nearby workshops sometimes drifts in, but that’s par for the course in an industrial area like Bhandup East. We’ve got heavy shelves bolted to the walls to hold all the steel parts. It’s not pretty.
