Emote

Emote is our little spot right across from Phoenix Mills in Lower Parel. Being in this part of the city means it's always loud and there’s always someone walking by. We’ve been here for a while, watching how much the area has changed with all the new buildings and fancy cars. Our shop is easy to miss if you aren't looking, but we like it that way. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace where we handle our daily tasks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things work. Sometimes the rain makes the street outside a mess, but we keep the door open anyway. We mostly deal with people who work in the nearby offices or shoppers taking a break from the mall across the street. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from someone else or stumble in while waiting for a cab. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. We keep a lot of our inventory in the back, though it’s a bit of a tight squeeze. It’s a practical place for what we do. No marble floors or bright flashing lights here. Just a desk, some chairs, and whatever we’re working on that week. We keep things pretty simple and try not to overcomplicate the day. The neighbor's shop sells good coffee, so we’re over there quite a bit too.
