Our place is located in Kandivali West, Mumbai, at 10 Sunder Bhuvan on Laxminarayan Lane. It’s a bit of a quiet spot tucked away from the main road, which we actually prefer for our daily work. Sunder Bhuvan is an older building, so it doesn’t have that cold, modern corporate feel. Our office for Emaar Properties is just a simple room where a few of us sit and handle the property side of things. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s just us and our desks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or going through stacks of documents related to the local properties. We like being in Kandivali because it feels like a real community. We often go out to the local shops for our lunch or a quick tea. We don't use any polished language or marketing slogans because that’s not who we are. We are just people working a job and trying to keep things organized. The office is a bit crowded with all the files we have to keep, but it works for us. We don't try to pretend to be a massive corporate headquarters. We are just a local branch doing our bit. It’s an honest, practical way to work, and we like the simple routine of it all. If you’re looking for us, we are just down the lane, right where the locals know us. It’s a modest setup but it suits our needs and we are fine with how things are.
