Elcome Marine Services is based out of Goodwill Gardens in Sector 8, Kharghar. Our office is F604, which is part of a residential and commercial complex. Being in Navi Mumbai means we are close enough to the maritime action without being right in the middle of the crowded docks all the time. Marine services involve a lot of coordination and paperwork, and that is mostly what we do here. We spend our hours talking to ship owners, checking on supplies, and making sure all the technical details for the vessels are sorted out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for keeping things moving on the water. Kharghar is a growing area, and Goodwill Gardens is a decent spot to work from since it’s easy to get to from other parts of the city. Our office isn’t huge, but we have everything we need to manage the daily tasks. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a ship has an urgent requirement, and you’ll hear us on the phones quite a bit. We don’t have a big corporate mission statement on the wall; we just try to get the work done so the ships can stay on schedule. It’s a small team here, and we’ve been working together long enough that we don't need to explain much to each other. We just handle the marine stuff as it comes in and keep things going.
