Egenitech Software Solutions

Our office is tucked away in Goregaon East, specifically inside the Royal Palms Estate. It’s a bit different than the usual industrial areas because of all the greenery around Aarey Colony. Egenitech Software Solutions occupies units 444 and 445 in the Mastermind 1 building. Getting here can be a bit of a trek through the winding roads, but once you're inside, it’s quite calm. We spend most of our hours writing code and fixing bugs. It's a small team, so you pretty much know what everyone is working on by just looking over their shoulder. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We have our coffee mugs scattered around and whiteboards filled with messy notes that only we understand. Sometimes the internet acts up or the monsoon rain makes a lot of noise on the windows, but we just keep going. It’s a practical setup for software work. We don’t have fancy lounges or anything like that. Just decent chairs and good monitors. Most of the staff has been here for a few years, so we’ve grown used to the quiet surroundings of the estate. When things get stressful, looking out at the trees helps a bit. We just try to build software that works without making a big fuss about it. The Royal Palms area can get pretty dark after the sun goes down because of all the trees, so we usually try to wrap up our software tasks before it gets too late.
