Effort Bpo

Our small operation is based in Thane, specifically in the Ravindra housing society. We are in room 301 of the A 5 building on Chinchpada Road. Since we are in a residential complex, it doesn't feel like a typical office at all. We have a handful of people working on computers and wearing headsets for most of the day. We handle call center work and data entry for a few different clients. It can get quite loud in such a small space, especially when everyone is on the phone at the same time. The building is a bit on the older side, and the lift is sometimes out of order, but it’s a good spot for us. Most of the staff live in Raja Ram Nagar or nearby, so they don't have to travel far. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. There are no fancy meetings or HR departments. We just sit down, log in, and get to work. We have a small corner with a stove where we make tea and heat up our lunch. It’s a very close-knit group. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we’re more like friends than coworkers. We don’t really go out looking for new business; the work just comes to us through people we’ve worked with before. We just try to keep our heads down and do a decent job so we can keep going. It’s a simple life and a simple business, nothing more.
