Our company, Edr Pvt Ltd, is a bit different because our address is often listed as mentioned in the CV or other documents we provide. We operate in a way that is very straightforward and doesn't require a big, fancy headquarters with a nameplate on the door. Right now, we are working out of a space that fits our current needs, but we don't spend much time worrying about the physical office look. It’s mostly just desks, some laptops, and a lot of paperwork piled up in corners. We are a private limited company, so we have to keep everything documented properly, which takes up a lot of our time. The atmosphere is very casual. You might see someone working in a t-shirt while eating a snack at their desk. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of that stuff. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we work late if there is a lot of data to go through, and other times we leave early if the work is finished. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. People who deal with us know that we are just regular people trying to run a business. We focus on the details of the contracts and the tasks we are assigned. It isn't a glamorous setup, but it works for us and the people we work with.
