Edgespark It Ventures Private Limited is located in the Chromium building over in Powai, right on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road. It’s a busy area in Andheri East, specifically near Raje Sambhajinagar and Marol. Because of the location on the JVLR, the traffic is almost always a topic of conversation in our office. We spend a lot of our time here working on different IT ventures. The building itself is quite modern, but our internal vibe is pretty relaxed and down-to-earth. We aren't into the whole "tech disruptor" language you hear a lot these days; we just see ourselves as a group of people who are good with computers and want to make a living doing that. Our office has a lot of wires and screens, and it can look a bit messy during a big project, but we know where everything is. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We like being in this part of Mumbai because there are so many other businesses around, which makes it feel like we are part of something bigger. Lunch usually means grabbing something from a nearby stall or the building's canteen. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business, but we keep showing up and doing the work. It’s about being consistent and solving the problems that come across our desks every morning. No big corporate speeches here, just people working on laptops and trying to stay ahead of the curve.
