We operate out of Block No 4/C/3 in the Transit Camp area of Dharavi, near Sion. Mumbai is a crowded city, and Dharavi is right in the heart of all that energy. Our office is small, as space is at a premium around here. We handle various associate services, mostly helping people with paperwork and local business needs. It’s a busy environment with people constantly moving past the door and the sounds of the neighborhood always present. We don't have a fancy reception area or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. Instead, we have a couple of sturdy desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of local knowledge. We’ve lived and worked in this part of Mumbai for a long time, so we know how to get things done despite the chaos. It’s a very human place to be. You see your neighbors every day and you share a cup of tea while discussing the latest news. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth is what keeps us going. If someone needs help, they just come by the Transit Camp and look for us. It’s honest, hardworking, and sometimes a bit loud, but that’s just how life is in Sion. We take pride in being part of this community and helping out where we can. It’s a simple life but a busy one. There is always a story to hear from someone passing by.
