Eclerx India Pvt Ltd is located over at Nirmaan Darshan in Sector 44. This is in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai, which is a bit quieter than the main city but still pretty busy. We’ve got a decent setup here in the building. It’s where we do all our daily operations. Mostly, we are focused on helping other businesses with their back-office tasks and data management. It’s not the kind of work that makes for exciting stories, but it’s important and it keeps us busy. The office has a lot of natural light coming in, which is nice during the day. We’re near the station, so it’s easy for everyone to get to work without too much trouble. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just have our schedules and our tasks for the day. Most of us have been working in Seawoods for a while, so we’ve seen the area grow. There are more shops and cafes around now than there used to be. Inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people chatting about their weekend. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because the work can be a bit dry sometimes. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks and making sure we don’t make mistakes. It’s a good place to work for those of us here.
