Echofeel

Echofeel operates out of 2/309 in the Shivsandesh Co Op Housing Society. We are located on Kasturba Gandhi Marg in Worli, Mumbai 18. Being in Worli means we are right in the middle of everything, though our office inside the society is actually pretty quiet. It’s a standard residential building where we’ve taken up some space for our work. The room is a bit small, so we have to be careful with how we arrange the furniture. We have a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and some stacks of notebooks. You can see the traffic moving on Kasturba Gandhi Marg from the window, but the noise doesn't bother us much anymore. We usually start our day with a quick talk about what needs to get done while the computer boots up. There isn't any formal dress code or anything; we just wear what's comfortable. Sometimes we order lunch from the small place downstairs, and we all eat together at the main table. It’s a very informal vibe. We’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other residents in Shivsandesh pretty well over the years. It feels more like being part of a community than just going to an office. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small nameplate on the door. It’s just us doing our thing in a small corner of Worli every day.
