Ebony Fine Dine & Banquets

You can find us up on the 3rd floor of Vishnu Shivam Mall in Thakur Village. Ebony Fine Dine & Banquets has been part of the Kandivali East area for a while now. We are right near the Dominos Pizza, so it’s pretty easy for people to find the building. We have a restaurant area and then some space for banquets when people have family events or meetings. It’s a lot of work keeping everything clean and making sure the staff knows what to do, especially on the weekends when the mall gets really crowded. We aren't some big chain; we just operate this one location. My day usually starts with checking the inventory and making sure the banquet hall is set up correctly for whatever is happening that day. Mumbai is a busy place, and Kandivali is no different, so we stay on our toes. The kitchen stays busy from lunch until we close up at night. We don't go in for all those complicated marketing tricks. We just focus on the food and making sure the tables are set right. Sometimes the elevators in the mall take a while, but once you get up to the third floor, it’s a bit quieter. We just like seeing people enjoy their time here, whether they are just having a meal or celebrating something with their whole family in the hall.
