E Heal Yoga Emotional Healing Centre is situated in Mulund West. You can find us at A 11 12 Nav Surya Prabha Society on Murar Road. We’re tucked right behind Kalidas Hall, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone who lives around here. We started this place because we wanted a spot where people could come to feel a bit better after a long day. Life in Mumbai is incredibly fast and sometimes you just need to sit on a mat and breathe for a while. We don't have any fancy statues or expensive high-tech gear, just a clean space with some good light coming through the windows. It’s a local center where neighbors come to talk and do a bit of yoga together. We focus on the emotional side of things too, because physical health isn't the only thing that matters. Sometimes we just sit and have some tea and a chat after a session is over. The society is quiet enough that you can actually hear yourself think, which is pretty rare in this city. We aren't trying to be a celebrity gym or a big franchise. It’s just a group of us who care about staying healthy and balanced in our lives. We’ve been on Murar Road for a while now and most people in the building know us by name. It’s a simple setup, but it works for the folks who come by. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed for everyone.
