Dwarkadas J Shanghavi College Of Engineering

We are located at Plot U-15 in the J.V.P.D. Scheme area of Vile Parle West. It’s a busy part of the suburbs and we’ve been here for a long time now. Most people around here just call us D.J. Sanghvi. The campus stays pretty active from the early morning until quite late in the evening. We have all the usual labs and classrooms you would expect to find at an engineering place. It gets especially crowded during the festival season or when the exams are coming up. Finding a parking spot around Bhaktivedanta Swami Marg can be a real headache sometimes, but the students and staff seem to manage. We see a lot of new faces coming through these gates every year. Some stay for the full four years and then move on to jobs or more studies elsewhere. The faculty offices are usually busy with piles of paperwork or students dropping in with various questions about their projects. It’s not a fancy place, just a building where the work gets done every day. You can find us right on the main road. The canteen is the main spot for everyone to catch a quick break between their lectures. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a college trying to keep things running smoothly for everyone. Sometimes the lifts are a bit slow and the hallways get noisy, but that’s just how it is. We focus on the classes and making sure the labs are ready.
