Duty Free Customer Service

Working at Duty Free Customer Service keeps us on our feet all day. We are located over in Andheri East, right by Chhatrapati Shivaji International. Being at the airport means things never really stop. There is always a crowd of people coming and going from all over the place. We spend a lot of time answering the same questions about where things are or how the rules work for shopping. It can get pretty loud with all the announcements and the sound of suitcases rolling across the floor. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. We help out travelers who have questions about their purchases or just need directions. It is a lot of standing and talking to people who are often tired from long flights. You see all sorts of people here. Some are happy to be home and others are just starting a trip. We just try to keep things organized so people can get what they need and catch their flights. The shifts can be long, and sometimes the air conditioning feels too cold, but that is just how it is. We deal with lots of paperwork and receipts every single day. Andheri East is always busy anyway, so the airport just adds to that feeling. It is a fast-paced environment and we just do our best to stay on top of the requests that come in. There is no time for boredom here with so many people passing by.
