We are located right in the middle of Kalbadevi, up on the second floor of Gandhi Mansion. If you know where the Head Post Office is, we are just across the lane from there in Block A. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening outside the windows. We’ve been at this address, Building No.12/22, for a while now. Most days it is just us working through whatever tech problems come across the desk. It isn't a fancy office with big rugs or anything, just a practical space where we can focus. Usually, the hallway in Bomanji Master Lane is pretty crowded by mid-morning, so we get here early to beat the rush. People sometimes struggle to find the right entrance because the building is old, but once you are on Level 2, it is easy to spot us. We handle a lot of different things related to technology. It's mostly about keeping things running for the people who come to us. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the wires and equipment, and other days it feels like everyone needs help at once. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. We just open up, take the calls, and try to get the work finished before the sun goes down. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but that is just part of being in this neighborhood. We like being close to the post office because it makes shipping stuff out a bit easier when we have to.
