Durgey Construction Liana Builders

Durgey Construction and Liana Builders work out of the Airoli area in Navi Mumbai. We are located at the Mercury Co Op Housing Society on Plot 4 in Sector 6. It is a residential neighborhood, so we are right where a lot of people live. Our office is just a small room on the ground floor of the building. We have been doing building and construction work around Navi Mumbai for quite some time now. Construction can be a messy job, but we try to keep our office somewhat organized. There are always blueprints and site maps rolled up in the corners of the room. We spend most of our days out at the actual building sites, so the office is often empty until later in the evening. We don't have a sales team or anyone like that. Usually, it is just us talking directly to the people who want a house built. We explain how the work is progressing with the bricks and the cement. Navi Mumbai is growing very fast, so there is always a new project starting somewhere nearby. We hire local workers and try to get our materials from people we know. It takes a lot of coordination to get everything done on time. Sometimes the rain or the trucks being late slows us down. We don't make big promises we can't keep. People in Sector 6 know who we are.
