You can find us in Andheri East, specifically on the third floor of Corporate Avenue in the Mahal Industrial Estate. It’s near the old Paper Box landmark, which is how most people find their way here. Being in Wing A means we see a lot of people coming and going from the other offices. Our space is pretty much what you’d expect for a bearing company in Mumbai. It’s busy, a little bit loud, and full of boxes. We have a team that manages the orders and handles all the logistics. The Mahakali Caves Road area is always packed with traffic, so we are used to the constant sound of horns. Inside, we just focus on the work. We have rows of shelving that go up to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to use a ladder to reach the older stock. It’s a lot of manual tracking of what goes in and what goes out. The air conditioning works hard during the humid months, which we all appreciate. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of metal parts. People call us throughout the day asking for prices or availability. We try to give them a straight answer without a lot of fluff. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we’ve managed to keep things running smoothly for quite a while now. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized through all the daily rush.
