Dun Bradstreet

Our base for Dun Bradstreet is located at 479 in the Bpcl Staff Colony, right in the Aziz Baug area of Chembur. It is a bit of an older part of Mumbai, 400074 to be exact, and it has a lot of trees which you do not see much in the newer parts of the city. The office is not anything special to look at. It is a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. We do not have those modern open-plan layouts that everyone talks about these days; it is more about having a quiet corner to sit and work. The building has that classic Mumbai colony feel, where everyone knows the postman and the security guard at the gate. We spend a lot of time here, so it has become quite familiar and comfortable. There are no polished marble floors or glass elevators. We just have sturdy desks and old filing cabinets that have been with us since we started. Chembur can be noisy with the traffic, but the colony stays relatively calm. Most of us walk to work or take a short rickshaw ride, which makes the morning much easier. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs something, they just ask across the room. It is a small, tight-knit group of people working together. We do not go for flashy displays or big speeches. It is just a regular office in a regular neighborhood, and that suits us just fine.
