Dubal International

Our place is tucked away in Rajak Society, which is over in the New Dhobi Ghat area of Cuffe Parade. It’s number 27. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, as you can imagine. Everything here is pretty crowded and there's always something going on outside the window. We’ve been here in south Mumbai for a long time. People find us near the Dhobi Ghat, and it’s a bit of a walk from the main road. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been here since we started. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the street outside a mess, but we manage to keep the inside dry. We just do our daily work and talk to the people who drop by. The neighborhood is a mix of all kinds of folks, from workers to office people. You hear the sounds of the city all day long. We don't really have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people just know where we are by word of mouth or by looking for the number 27. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, so the old AC unit works overtime. We just keep things moving along day by day in this little corner of the 400005 zip code. It's home for the business and we like it that way despite all the noise outside.
