Dsk Softwares is located over in Kandivali West, specifically at 2B. It’s a modest setup we’ve had for some time now. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees or a giant HR department. Instead, we’re a small team that prefers keeping things low-key and manageable. Working out of 2B gives us enough room to focus on the coding and software tasks that fill up our week. The office doesn't have any flashy signs or a big reception desk to impress visitors. It’s basically just a room where we get things done. We chose Kandivali because it’s home for most of us, and it avoids the long treks across the city that some people have to deal with every day. Our days are pretty repetitive in a way that actually suits us. We show up, look at the projects we have going on, and try to solve whatever technical problems cropped up since the day before. Sometimes we get stuck on a single piece of code for hours, and other times things just click right away. There’s no secret to how we work; we just put in the hours and try to be honest about what we can finish. The atmosphere is quiet for the most part, except when someone finally finds a solution and speaks up. It’s a practical environment for software work. We don't spend much time thinking about being fancy—we just want the software to work right.
